That day was the birthday of a five-year-old girl named Anna Gries. The small town she and her parents lived was the one that possessed beautiful scenery and her best friends ever before. The small, familiar and peaceful town now was replaced with burning corpses and broken buildings. Then Anna was taken into an orphan asylum where located at a rural town called Hawk. Most of homeless children like Anna stayed in here. The narrow space, a lack of food and medicines, the threat of the war and the grief of losing families and friends–each one of them could give them nothing but the despair.
